Then come and join our Malaysia team as Customer Service Logistics Specialist – OPC, and you will be responsible for managing daily transport operations and warehouse activities, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with company standards. The role will oversee local transporters, warehouse inventory, and operational coordination with internal stakeholders.

Your Role:

Transport Management
  • You will be responsible to coordinate with local transporters for daily deliveries and collections.
  • You will be responsible to monitor delivery timelines and ensure SLA adherence.
  • You will be responsible to handle escalations on delays, damages, or service failures.
  • You will be responsible to optimize routes and cost efficiency (very important to include). 
  • You will be responsible to verify transporter billing and ensure accuracy.
Warehouse Management
  • You will be responsible to oversee inbound and outbound activities. 
  • You will be responsible to ensure proper inventory control and stock accuracy. 
  • You will be responsible to monitor storage, handling, and housekeeping standards.
  • You will be responsible to coordinate with warehouse team on picking, packing, and dispatch.
Vendor Management
  • You will be responsible to manage transporter and warehouse vendors (3PL). 
  • You will be responsible to conduct performance reviews and service evaluations.
  • You will be responsible to ensure contract compliance and cost control. 
System & Reporting
  • You will be responsible to maintain records in SAP / internal systems (if applicable).
  • You will be responsible to track KPIs (delivery performance, pending shipments, cost tracking). 
  • You will be responsible to support reporting (Excel / Power BI preferred). 
Compliance & Process
  • You will be responsible to ensure adherence to company SOPs and audit requirements.
  • You will be responsible to identify gaps and drive process improvements.
  • You will be responsible to reduce manual work and improve workflow efficiency.
Your experience and education:
  • Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years in logistics / warehouse / transport operations.
  • Experience in managing 3PL vendors (transporters & warehouses). 
  • Experience in time-critical / service-oriented environments is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong coordination and hands-on operational execution. 
  • Ability to manage urgent and high-pressure situations.
  • Cost-conscious mindset with attention to detail in billing and vendor charges. 
  • Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Power BI knowledge is an advantage). 
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
