We are looking for a
SERVICE COORDINATOR TRAINEE – DIGITAL & AUTOMATION

to join our Customer Services team in Digital & Automation business line in Finland. If you are looking for an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the medical technology field, this role is just for you! This trainee role offers a great opportunity to learn about service coordination in a supportive and knowledgeable team. You will gain insights into the medical technology industry while developing essential professional skills.

We offer a flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours/week, and during the summer months, full-time work is expected to ensure coverage during colleagues’ holidays.

Our office is currently located in Helsinki city center with modern facilities. Siemens Healthineers Way of Working also includes flexible possibilities to work remotely from home.

As a Service Coordinator Trainee, you will support our team in:
  • Processing customer requests by phone, email and through tickets
  • Communicating with customers and keeping them updated on service-related matters
  • Providing 1st level technical, application and administrative user support
  • Planning and dispatching various field service support activities
  • Scheduling and coordinating planned services
  • Supporting the assigned field service team by making sure the needed spare parts are delivered to the correct sites on time

The role is also in close collaboration with the Customer Care Center which interacts with all departments and functions, offering you the chance to expand your knowledge with different teams and their activities at Siemens Healthineers.

Work shifts are scheduled between 7:00 - 19:00 on weekdays with flexible possibility to work remotely from home.

What we are looking for:
  • You are currently studying in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • You have an interest in Medical Technology field and already know something about imaging, Healthcare IT and laboratory equipment
  • You have native proficiency in Finnish and professional working proficiency in English
  • You take initiative and are eager to learn new tools (SAP knowledge is a plus, but not required, don't worry!)

  • You enjoy helping others and have a customer-focused mindset
  • You are open to learning new things and confident in taking responsibility after a thorough onboarding
  • You enjoy adapting to new situations and can stay calm under pressure, for example when customers are expecting answers and guidance
  • You are proactive and like to solve problems before they escalate
  • You communicate clearly and professionally, making collaboration with you and the team smooth and effective
