We are seeking a motivated and dedicated student to join our global Corporate Cybersecurity team. In this role, you will support the operational execution of application security testing services, such as Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Software Composition Analysis (SCA), Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), and related activities.

You will work closely with experienced cybersecurity professionals and gain hands‑on exposure to real‑world security testing processes used to protect software products in the healthcare domain.
 
Key responsibilities: 
  • Support day‑to‑day operation of centralized security testing services (SAST, SCA, DAST, and others).
  • Assist with setting up, configuring, and maintaining security scanning tools for development teams.
  • Execute security scans according to defined procedures and schedules.
  • Perform initial review and triage of scan results, including identification of false positives and basic classification of findings.
  • Support source code review activities under guidance, focusing on identifying common vulnerability patterns and deviations from secure coding guidelines.
  • Help ensure that scan results, reports, and documentation are properly recorded and maintained for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Assist in communicating findings to development teams and tracking remediation status.
  • Support continuous improvement of operational workflows, templates, and documentation related to security testing services.
Expectations:
  • Enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science or related (Bachelor or Master level)
  • Good understanding of programming logic and data flow
  • Understanding of basic security concepts and related technologies  (not required but beneficial)
  • Knowledge of at least one objected-oriented programming languages, e.g. C#, Java or C++
  • Familiarity with multiple programming languages or frameworks is beneficial
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in spoken and written English - B2 level
Basic salary component (gross) and other remuneration: The offered remuneration is from 8 € gross / hour. Depending on experience + after incorporation possibility to increase.
