At Siemens Healthineers, we pioneer breakthroughs in healthcare. For everyone. Everywhere. Sustainably. Across our global community, we are driven by curiosity, compassion, and a shared desire to create meaningful impact. At our Magnet Technology site in Oxfordshire, you’ll join an inspiring, supportive environment where you can grow, innovate, and contribute to life-changing technology. We encourage individuality, value diverse perspectives, and provide the flexibility and tools to help you thrive both personally and professionally.

About the role:

We’re looking for a driven and collaborative Manufacturing Engineer to join our Manufacturing Team in Oxfordshire. You will play a key role in shaping world-leading products, supporting quality, productivity, and output while championing our zero‑harm culture. Working alongside talented colleagues across engineering, design, and New Product Introduction (NPI), you’ll help bring advanced technologies from concept through to volume manufacture.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Applying structured engineering principles to diagnose and resolve manufacturing issues across internal processes and the extended supply chain.
  • Leading projects that enhance quality, productivity, and flow—covering continuous improvement (CI), engineering changes, and capital/value‑stream initiatives.
  • Working closely with the NPI team to own and address a diverse range of technical and process challenges throughout product development.
  • Designing, developing, and implementing new manufacturing processes and equipment to support innovation, digitalisation, and ongoing improvement.
  • Influencing product and component design to ensure concepts are optimised for manufacture, with robust material choices and high‑yield production.
  • Supporting safe, efficient, and reliable operations while contributing to our zero‑harm culture.

What skills and experience you’ll bring:

  • Strong structured problem‑solving capability with experience identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions for complex technical issues.
  • A degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or a related field—or equivalent hands‑on experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
  • Experience from roles such as Launch Engineer, NPI Engineer, Project Engineer, Manufacturing Technology Engineer, Process Engineer, Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, or similar.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders, with clear and confident communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to innovate, explore new ideas, and contribute positively to a high‑performing team environment.

What’s on offer:

  • Competitive base salary
  • 26 days annual leave with the option to buy up to 10 and sell up to 5
  • Up to 10% matched pension contributions
  • BUPA Private Medical
  • Bonus & Share Save Scheme
  • Free-to-use on-site gym
  • 2 paid volunteering days per year
