Apply now for Healthcare Solution Consulting Specialist, Laboratory Solutions, ASEAN role and you will be responsible for representing ASEAN in workflow solutions product portfolio management by identifying challenges and opportunities and creating and executing marketing programs and action plans (Product, Market, Competition, Win/Loss analysis, Organization, etc.), along with defining metrics to achieve business unit objectives.

Mission: Fully accountable for workflow solutions products commercialization activities within the Core Lab Solutions business line in the ASEAN region, which is dedicated to automation, informatics and workflow consulting services.

Your Role:
  • Act as a driver and facilitator within ASEAN to ensure the successful development and implementation of strategic marketing and sales activities for workflow solutions in the CLS business line. 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the workflow solutions portfolio and workflow consulting services, including the automation and informatics portfolio.
  • Roll out the global healthcare solution consulting strategy, new tools, processes, and training programs, including the value monetization tool, across ASEAN. 
  • Represent ASEAN in all assigned product line–related discussions with regional and global product teams. 
  • Plan the launch of new products and manage cross-functional implementation of the launch plan, including marketing strategy, prioritization, pricing, promotion, and distribution activities. 
  • Manage the assigned product portfolio throughout the product life cycle—from new product launch and roadmap planning to end-of-life management. This includes reviewing instrument ordering guides and any configurators related to assigned products, and communicating changes to all affected stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate effectively with the LS commercial business and marketing teams, as well as other cross-functional teams, to achieve shared goals and commercial excellence. 
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor information on assigned products, understand competitive features and trends, and leverage this knowledge to contribute to value argumentation and positioning statements for the SHS portfolio. 
  • Create and maintain a KOL database and build a speaker pool for specific topics to enhance the reputation of workflow solutions. 
  • Develop training materials related to the product line and provide product training to Sales, Marketing, and business partner staff as needed. 
  • Coordinate all automation projects, including advising on the correct ordering of components and working with key stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation through transition management workshops. 
  • Drive post-optimization activities in strategic accounts, including value-added workshops (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, and workflow optimization) to increase customer satisfaction and retention rates
Qualifications, experience, and skills:
  • Degree in Biomedical Science, Clinical Pathology, Laboratory Medicine, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in roles such as workflow consultant, application manager, or laboratory manager, preferably in the laboratory diagnostics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory workflow processes - Pre-analytical, Analytical, Post-analytical
  • Understanding of laboratory diagnostics products and services and ability to convert technical features into effective sales or value propositions.
  • Experience with Lean management methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Data analysis, Bottleneck identification
  • Ability to implement workflow improvements to enhance patient care, reduce errors, and lower operational costs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building ability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
