Working Student (f/m/d) Data Analytics & Application Development

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You support us gather, structure, clean, and maintain sales- and market-related data from various internal systems
- You support data mining, data preparation, and segmentation activities for analytical purposes
- You assist in building and optimizing a data analytics lake to enable data-driven decision-making
- You help us create, operate and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and visualizations that support business insights and provide basic support/training for the applications and dashboards developed
- You support developing and maintaining Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate) as part of low-code analytics and workflow initiatives and prepare clear, well-structured presentations, documentation, and user materials for internal stakeholders

Your qualifications and experience:
- You are currently enrolled in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields and are long-term availability (4 semesters)
- You are familiar with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and you have basic experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
- You have first experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) or strong motivation to learn quickly
- Basic programming skills (e.g., SQL, Python, DAX, M-Query) are beneficial
- You have basic knowledge of databases, data structures, data mining, data analysis, and statistics; Intermediate knowledge is a strong plus

- You have very good communication skills in English and able to work effectively within an international team, German is a plus
- You are strongly analytical and have a problem-solving mindset
- You have a structured, organized, and proactive working style
- You are a fast learner with a strong willingness to develop with us and apply new concepts quickly
