If you love combining science, customer impact, and commercial thinking, this is your role. As a Product Expert within our Core Laboratory Solutions business, you’ll sit at the heart of the customer journey—supporting pre‑sales activities, leading successful implementations, and helping customers get the very best from our clinical chemistry and immunochemistry solutions.
You’ll partner closely with our Key Account Managers and Field Service Engineers, acting as the trusted technical and scientific voice that builds confidence, drives adoption, and ensures an excellent customer experience—from first conversation through go‑live and beyond.
What you’ll do
Commercial & Pre‑Sales Impact
- Bring our solutions to life—presenting and demonstrating clinical/diagnostic value to new and existing customers.
- Enable internal stakeholders with pre‑sales technical training, product positioning, and commercial input.
- Support product launches, customer meetings, and user events.
- Contribute to market analysis and help shape commercial strategies with external stakeholders.
- Prepare competitive tender responses with technical and scientific specifications, sharing best practice across the region.
- Contribute to marketing materials/newsletters and keep sales teams updated on assays and product developments (where relevant).
Implementation, Training & Customer Success
- Own and drive timely, high‑quality implementations at customer sites.
- Coordinate installation/implementation projects with customers and internal stakeholders—aligned to expectations and quality standards
- Plan and deliver hands‑on and theoretical training during and after implementation.
- Provide first‑line product support and ensure customer requests are resolved and documented (incl. ticketing/documentation processes
- Promote and distribute customer-facing documentation to meet regulatory requirements and contract obligations, including handling updates/bulletins as needed
- Build long-term customer partnerships through collaboration, follow‑up, and trusted scientific support.
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Medical Sciences / Medical Technology (or equivalent).
- Solid background in clinical chemistry & immunochemistry laboratory diagnostics (mandatory).
- Experience communicating clinical value with stakeholders such as clinicians, medical scientists, or lab leaders (preferred).
- Knowledge of laboratory workflows and (ideally) total laboratory automation.
- Experience with implementation, verification, and validation in relevant diagnostic environments
- Customer-oriented, data-driven mindset with strong quality/compliance focus.
- Confident communication and presentation skills; comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong IT capability and interest in laboratory IT, middleware, and automation.
- Familiarity with DS/EN ISO‑15189 and Good Documentation Practices (preferred
