➢ As Part of the Siemens Customer Services Service Operations team:
You will be part of project teams and supporting the Operations team in running IT projects for the UAE and lower Gulf countries, Oman, Qatar, and Bahrain. You will provide support and work closely with several teams on implanting digitization tasks to improve the daily workflows and communication. A great opportunity for Students to gain practical experience by being part of a Global company, professional Operations team, working in advanced Tools.
➢ Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Support IT project to implement advance Tools to perform daily operation tasks
• Drive digitalization and process optimization activities to improve operation workflows
• Support in developing and enhancing monitoring report tools (e.g. Power BI/ Power Apps, etc.) to proactively initiate corrective actions
• Assist the Customer Care Center team in daily tasks if required
➢ Your Qualifications and Skills:
• You are studying Management Information Systems, business informatics, or a related course of study
• You are very familiar with Microsoft Office products
• Advance knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps is an advantage
• Ideally, you also have expertise in databases and VBA programming
➢ Your Profile:
• You are still a student and enrolled to a university in UAE
• You will be available for at least 1 year, preferably longer
• You are open minded, communicative and have organizational skills
• You have an affinity for digitalization and process optimization
• Your way of working is reliable, independent, and structure
