This role is remote and can be based within EMEA or the Americas but travel to a Siemens location may be required to collaborate with team members.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious, experienced professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Regional Commercial Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in driving accuracy in our demand forecasts to support Customer satisfaction, supply chain planning, commercial strategy, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for:

• Acting as the point of contact for demand planning within a specific region.
• Ensuring effective communication with cross-functional teams to align on demand planning
      strategies and query resolution.
• Developing and maintaining long-term unconstrained global demand forecasts driving global
      Zone alignment and accuracy improvement (wMAPE/Bias/CRM/Value Generation).
• Driving alignment with Zone Demand Planners for appropriate planning models / ratios /
      adjustment methodology.
• Coordinating Sales Funnel Accuracy Improvement with Zone Demand Planners and CRM.
• Supporting the Demand Management process with robust demand insights and scenario
      planning.
• Supporting the Demand Planning Process excellence team through proactively identifying
      opportunities for process enhancement and best practice.
• Collaborating with Finance, Sales and Marketing ensuring demand alignment with financial
      targets and business objectives.
• Risk management and the timely communication of demand uncertainties.
• Consolidation of Business Area Demand Profiles.
• Preparation of forecast reporting to senior leadership and global stakeholders as required.
• Partnering with supply planners to ensure alignment between demand signals and production
     plans.
• Monitoring capacity profiles/impact to demand trends highlighting opportunities for risk
     Mitigation.

Your qualifications and experience:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Business Administration or
      related fields.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Demand or Supply Management
      preferably in the Healthcare industry.
• Expertise in statistical forecasting methods and advanced analytics.
• Established experience with demand planning software and data analysis tools (e.g. Kinaxis SAP).
• APICS CSCP and/or CPIM.
• Experience with S&OP / IBP process methodologies.

• Knowledge of regulatory and market dynamics in the life sciences industry is a plus.

• Strong communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
• Willing to travel 5-10%
