This is a hybrid position with possible locations in Bratislava, Žilina or Košice.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for managing the Project Management Office (PMO) of the 'Learning Management System Harmonization' project, which combines our two learning platforms into one SaaS solution. To this end, you will be responsible for reporting, risk, resource, escalation and quality management and ensure the progress of the program
• You ensure that mitigations, agreements and work packages are implemented sustainably
• You will define and coordinate project reporting and consolidate status reports, KPIs, risks, escalations and decision-making needs of all workstreams.
• You will ensure compliance with the Siemens Healthineers CS project management standards of all workstreams in terms of quality, processes, tools, methods, compliance, audits and templates, which are used and applied uniformly and globally in the project
• You will be responsible for the preparation of C-level and steering board presentations in coordination with the program management and the workstreams
• You will organize, moderate and document events, workshops and meetings
• You will support the workstream leads in planning, progress control and resource tracking and ensure the consistency of program planning.
• You will ensure the consistency and validity of the program's internal communication across the board

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a degree in business informatics or a comparable field

• You have many years of professional experience in project management of international, multiple and complex projects with high complexity
• You have additional experience in leading PMOs of large programs/projects, and are a natural and strong leader
• You have very strong knowledge of the 10 areas of project management: Team Operations Management, Scope, Schedule, Cost Management, Quality and Resource Management, Communications, Risk, Supplier/Vendor and Stakeholder Management
• You have very in-depth experience with global communication, especially with cross-functional contact persons
• You have in-depth experience in agile and hybrid project management and are well-versed in the use of Microsoft Azure DevOps to plan, control and track complex project projects.

Your profile and skills:

• With your business fluency in German and English, you will be able to find your way around in an international environment
• For coordination across different organizational levels (e.g. also important stakeholders at senior management level), you have a convincing appearance as well as very good communication and presentation skills, as well as negotiation skills and assertiveness
• You are mobile and work with colleagues at different locations (remote and on-site), so you have a basic willingness to travel

• The final offer will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience and may exceed the stated minimum.
