Service Coordinator – Customer Care Centre
Location: Melbourne or Sydney based (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Part-time 4days or Permanent, Full-time available
Roster: Thursday to Sunday, (midnight) 12:00am– 8:00am with potential flexibility to increase the role to 5 days.

As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating service activities for our Australian and New Zealand medical imaging customers. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll support customers, service engineers, and internal stakeholders by managing service requests, scheduling technicians, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Coordinate service requests both preventive and reactive, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer outcomes.
- Schedule and dispatch field service engineers for urgent and planned maintenance activities.
- Support project teams by coordinating resources for new system installations.
- Monitor engineer welfare and conduct fatigue management check-ins as required.
- Prepare service quotations for work outside contracted service agreements.
- Track orders and provide customers with accurate updates on service progress.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation within company systems.
About You
- Previous experience in a customer service, service coordination, scheduling, or dispatch role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong scheduling and dispatch coordination experience.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
- Strong customer focus with empathy and professionalism.
- Eligibility to work in Australia (evidence required).
