Apply now for the Technical Software Support role. In this position, you will use your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve customer incidents involving the Varian oncology software suite.
Your role:
- Respond to support requests remotely, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Restore systems to normal operation as quickly as possible to minimise downtime.
- Record all support activities accurately in CRM.
- Provide support for installations, upgrades, maintenance, and customer training.
- Follow WHS, quality, and company procedures at all times.
Your expertise:
- Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple IT layers, networks, infrastructure, and Windows/Linux environments.
- Required experience with Windows Server, networking, and virtual environments.
- Experience with one or more of the following: Microsoft SQL Server, Citrix, Microsoft Azure, or Linux-based environments.
- A degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in medical IT is preferred.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
