Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Provide professional sales support and customer guidance throughout the sales process via remote communication channels.
  • Identify customer needs, analyze requirements, and support customers in their decision-making processes by offering appropriate healthcare solutions and product information.
  • Proactively manage inbound and outbound customer interactions including lead generation, qualification, follow-up activities, and opportunity management.
  • Investigate, analyze, and pre-qualify customer contacts and sales leads through data analysis, CRM insights, and remote communication activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with other field sales teams, marketing, application specialists, and other internal stakeholders to support sales pipeline development and business growth.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and opportunity tracking within CRM systems to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Support quotation preparation, commercial documentation, and coordination of sales-related administrative processes.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Previous experience in sales is considered an advantage.
  • Experience within the healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and manage customer relationships remotely.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven personality with strong team orientation.
