Apply now for the position of Senior Application Specialist - Saudization and you will conduct educational sessions at the customer site to educate customers on how to use Siemens systems in Nuclear Medicine and MI.
- Customer education and equipment turnover: conduct educational sessions at the customer site to educate customers on how to use Siemens systems in Nuclear Medicine and MI.
- Support to and coordination with PM department to prepare for and organize application training sessions for Nuclear Medicine and MI systems mentioned before.
- Prepare and gather necessary documentation for end user training at customer site, before and after the actual training session.
- Accompany Nuclear Medicine and MI Application Specialists during the period they spend in the kingdom, if they are assigned from abroad.
- Maintain customer relations for further support after training, answer customer questions, and solve customer application related problems, on site, or remotely.
- Keep customers updated with the latest clinical information and new features and packages / options available for systems concerned.
- Continuous self-improvement through attending TC courses in Germany, passes WBTs, and obtains the supporting certificates.
- Complete regulatory and core process documents in a timely fashion.
- Saudi National
- Advanced background knowledge and field practical experience.
- Experience in Nuclear Medicine (MI) with high experience in PET & SPECT and familiar with Siemens SPECT & PET
- 4+ years of application experience, on local and abroad Training.
- solid work experience application management / development
- Fluent English
