Responsibility:
• Support the project manager when implementing a development-related (PEP) change
• Support the change responsible when implementing a product change
• Coordination of projects within the framework of change management. Creating and monitoring schedules and timelines. Assessing and evaluating risks as well as time and economic dimensions, and defining appropriate mitigation measures.
• Organization and moderation of change management meetings
• Review and discuss the work results of those involved in the change process
• Creating change documentation and product-related documents
• executes the document management
• performs design transfers
• definition and implementation of field actions within the framework of update management
• maintain defects as change requests in Azure DevOps
• close changes and obtain release by QT

All the change management tasks during the closure are addressed

Special knowledge/skills:
• Office Applications
• Experience in SAP, SCASE, Descon, AzureDevOps etc.

Able to manage and align different stake holders
Exposure to SAP Engineering change management process

• English language level at least B2, German language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge on change management and regulatory requirements for medical products
• structured/systematic working method
• Communication skills

Education:

- Electronics Engineer or Mechanical Engineer ( BE or Diploma with experience)
- X ray Product knowledge would be desirable

- Experience in R&D change management process

Experience:

8 to 10 years of experience in the specific field of R&D Change Management
