As a CRM & Tender Support Specialist, you play a key role in strengthening our commercial operations. You ensure the effective use of our CRM systems, support our sales teams with high quality data and insights, and contribute to the preparation of customer proposals. Through your analytical mindset, structured way of working, and strong communication skills, you help optimize our processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Your role:

1. CRM Responsibilities

• Operate as the local CRM applications expert and serve as primary support for all local users.
• Analyze CRM data to monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Continuously improve CRM data quality by motivating and training users, enforcing guidelines, and promoting best practices.
• Provide training to new and existing colleagues, including the development of clear guidelines, documentation and presentations.
• Work closely with HQ and Zone CRM teams to perform testing activities, provide feedback, and support the rollout of new CRM features and applications.
• Contribute to automate CRM processes and the integration of AI; experience with CoPilot, Power BI and Power Automate is a strong asset.

2. Tender Support responsibilities

• Prepare customer proposals, primarily within the public sector, by collecting, organizing, and coordinating all required administrative, financial, and legal documentation in line with public tender requirements.
• Develop strong expertise in tender-related digital platforms and applications, as well as in public procurement regulations and internal compliance procedures.
• Manage, review, and communicate tender documents, cost calculations, and all relevant supporting files.
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance tender efficiency, optimize tool usage, and strengthen internal collaboration and communication.


 Your qualifications and experience:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in business administration or business engineering or related field.
• Initial experience with CRM systems and/ or Public Tenders and related applications; knowledge of Power BI or Power Automate is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the capacity to interpret data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Effective communicator, with the ability to prepare clear documentation and collaborate across different teams and with international stakeholders.
• Passion for exploring new applications and how they can support our work and improve our workflows.
• Proactive mindset, hands-on mindset with strong sense of ownership.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
