This position reports to Head of Enterprise Service, NRB
Role to be located within Nordic region. Focus will be mainly on Nordics market but also flexible to contribute to the wider Nordics & Baltics (NRB) region, as required.
Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, as well as fluency in one or more of the Scandinavian countries is required.
Your role:
- Direct the day-to-day management and delivery of high-quality consulting assignments with our customers as part of our wider technology, solutions and services offering offerings as Siemens Healthineers.
- Develop business strategies and plans - in relation to consulting management - in close collaboration with our customers from analysis, conception and, implementation to monitoring results.
- Expand the digital offering for our customers, for example in strategic partnerships with renowned medical institutions.
- Present your project results to leadership teams with the customer.
- Assume responsibility for your own projects and lead or coach your peers.
Your expertise:
- successful productivity and quality improvements for both public and private healthcare customers.
- Experience providing expert consulting to customers in productivity and clinical strategy.
- Experience using data insights, a well-developed transformation toolkit, extensive commercial healthcare consulting experience and meaningful staff engagement to design solutions to improve service delivery.
- management or clinical experience are essential.
- A background or knowledge of Radiology or laboratory diagnostics is highly desirable.
- Project management qualification (e.g. Agile, Prince2) beneficial.
- Experience managing the inputs of Analytics and Modelling colleagues and Healthcare Consultants on assignments.
- Proven results in a strategy consultancy with a focus on healthcare or a renowned company or start-up in the healthcare sector.
- Combine consulting and healthcare expertise and want to continue working at this interface.
- Strong presentation skills and is comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, as well as fluency in one or more of the Scandinavian countries is required.
- High level of customer relationship management.
- Capability to work independently, building strong internal relationships within an multi- functional organization, and with a high level of accountability and quality.
