Apply now for the Project Manager position and play a key role in the Vietnam team. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project from delivery to installation and handover to stakeholder and expenditures oversight.


Your Role:
  • You are responsible for developing detailed project plans, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget, managing stakeholder communications, and leading change management incidents.
  • You possess strong leadership skills to maintain high quality standards and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • You are responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
  • You are responsible for setting clear instructions for project implementation, considering quality, cost, and time constraints.
  • You are responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying, and mitigate risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • You are responsible for ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
Stakeholder Management:
  • You act as the key contact for the project to the customer and other stakeholders.
  • You are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
  • You are responsible for effectively communicating project status, progress, and challenges to all stakeholders.
  • You are responsible for managing expectations and ensuring alignment among all parties involved.
  • Active listening to key stakeholders’ requirements to ensure a mutual agreeable delivery.
Change Management:
  • You define and implement escalation processes to address deviations from the original plan.
  • You assess the impact of changes on project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • You obtain necessary approvals and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • You implement effective change management activities.
Site Survey and Preparation:
  • You conduct site surveys upon requests from the sales team.
  • You issue drawings and define the scope of work for all parties involved.
  • You provide accurate site readiness timeline.
  • You follow up and coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure site readiness for timely system delivery.
Reporting and Documentation:
  • You are responsible for preparing and submitting regular project reports, documenting progress, challenges, and key performance indicators.
  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Your Expertise:
  • You have minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant working experience.
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have agile change agent experience.
  • You possess ability to build good rapport with key stakeholders.
  • You have proven ability to manage multiple project schedules and complex stakeholder relationships.
  • You have strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • You possess excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • You are committed to personal and professional growth.
  • You are highly proficient in project management software and tools.
  • You are flexible to travel up to 50% of the time domestically and internationally.
