Apply now for the position of Graduate Technical Service Engineer and you will join our service team as the first point of contact for customer technical support. You’ll triage incoming issues, resolve faults remotely where possible, and escalate to senior engineers or site service teams as needed.

Your role:

• Receive and triage customer technical support calls
• Accurately document and track faults via customer portal
• Apply standard troubleshooting approaches
• Escalate issues and collaborate with service teams
• Deliver clear, empathetic customer communication
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training

Your expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or similar
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with data and Excel
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals
• Team-oriented and eager to learn
