Your role:

  • Proposal development: You will actively contribute to the preparation of consulting proposals and client pitches, helping us tailor strategic solutions for a diverse international client base across the Middle East and Africa region.
  • Project execution: You will support both standalone consulting engagements and clinical and operational work packages within larger Value Partnerships projects. Your tasks will include collecting and analyzing operational and clinical data, supporting workflow mapping, conducting secondary research on clinical practices and care models; and contributing to the development of evidence-based recommendations to improve patient pathways, clinical operations, and service performance.
  • Communication & deliverables: You will assist in shaping the storyline and preparing high-quality presentation materials and reports that effectively communicate findings and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Operational & administrative support: You will also contribute to the day-to-day coordination and documentation of projects, including status tracking, internal reporting, and quality management processes.

Your expertise:

  • You are ideally enrolled in an academic program in medicine, medical imaging, nursing, biomedical sciences, clinical sciences, public health (clinical focus), or a related life-sciences field, with a strong academic track record.
  • You have gained initial hands-on exposure to clinical environments and healthcare operations, for example through clinical rotations, hospital-based internships, research projects in clinical settings, or internship / working student roles within care delivery organizations.
  • You demonstrate a strong interest in clinical workflows, patient pathways, operations, service line performance, and day-to-day hospital processes, and ideally bring first-hand experience from hospitals, diagnostic centers or similar healthcare settings.
  • You are a communicative team player, comfortable collaborating across clinical and operational disciplines in fast-paced project environments.
  • Your standout qualities include structured thinking, problem-solving ability, curiosity, and a high level of initiative, paired with a strong motivation to learn.
  • You have experience working with clinical or operational data, such as patient volumes, exam mix, throughput metrics, utilization rates, pathway mapping, or quality indicators, and can perform basic structuring and analysis in Excel.
  • You communicate complex topics clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing; fluency in English is required, while Arabic and/or French are considered a strong plus.
  • You bring enthusiasm for contributing hands-on to clinical, operational, and strategy-related workstreams in a growing team within a large, international corporate environment.
