Zone Business Lead CEE (f/m/d)
- You are responsible and accountable for developing and executing the go-to-market (G2M) strategy as well as driving business success forthe DX C-LS business in the Zone.
- You manage the P&L of the DX C-LS business in the Zone, guide the Country Business Leads (CBL), and ensure that business objectives and targets are met and achieved.
- You lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, culturally diverse global team, fostering collaboration, inclusion, and innovation to surpass business objectives while ensuring cultural sensitivity.
- You drive DX C-LS operational performance and advance CRM excellence, for example through product positioning for the entire portfolio, customer services, pricing, COGS, local costs and resources, contribution margin, SG&A, gross profit, etc.
- You focus on continuous improvement in customer satisfaction to enable successful retention and the acquisition of new accounts. You build and strengthen relationships with key customers, global distributors, and industry stakeholders to drive growth, secure strategic partnerships, and identify new market opportunities.
- You develop and execute long-term strategic commercial plans for the DX C-LS business in the Zone, ensuring effective resource allocation, channel management, and alignment with local market dynamics.
- You analyze global market trends, customer needs, regulatory changes, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to develop targeted commercial strategies.
- You ensure transparent business planning and oversee strategic and operational risk management.
- You create the strategy to elevate Siemens Healthineers’ brand, reputation, and market position; you maximize synergies with Point of Care and/or other Business Areas across the Zone such as DI, AT, Varian, and US, to achieve business targets and embody the 'One Healthineers' culture.
- You ensure business continuity and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of the business environment.
- You recruit, develop, retain, and inspire a highly performing and engaged team, and you build robust succession plans.
- You manage budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation across regions to maximize return on investment (ROI) and ensure financial discipline.
- You have over 15 years of experience and a proven track record in commercial management and general management roles, ideally complemented by strong marketing expertise.
- You have managed profit and loss responsibilities for healthcare-related revenue, particularly within diagnostics or mechatronics devices and consumables.
- You have led diverse teams across zones with more than 200 people, and you preferably have international work experience.
- You engage with C-level customers and government authorities, leveraging your strong relationship management skills.
- You consistently present and communicate effectively with customers, direct reports, and executive leadership within our company.
- You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and quickly adapt to shifting priorities and evolving market conditions.
- You are fluent in both English and German.
