Apply now for the position of Zone Offer to Order (OTO) Lead Diagnostics and you will Lead and oversee the relevant tasks to perform OTO activities in countries for in-vitro business and is responsible for smooth handover to OTC (Order to Cash) to support IFRS compliance and corresponding Revenue Recognition

Your Role:

  • Heads Zone Offer to Order (OTO) function for Diagnostics, reporting into the Zone Head of Finance for Diagnostics
  • Lead the OTO team within the zone and set clear team goals and KPIs
  • Develops team members and elevates their skill set to shape future challenges due to internal or external development in OTO
  • Leads and oversees the relevant tasks to perform OTO activities in countries for in-vitro business and is responsible for smooth handover to OTC (Order to Cash) to support IFRS compliance and corresponding Revenue Recognition
  • Ensuring the integrity of books and records and the highest level of compliance
  • Ensures operational excellence with internal and external focus (customers, suppliers etc.)
  • Responsible to harmonize, standardize, optimize and digitalize the OTO process
  • Provides support (Finance focus) for the sales team and/or the customer, coordinates deal escalations if necessary
  • Evaluate LOA applicability and support within the LOA process; Generate contract and negotiate terms and conditions with the customer (with support of Legal)
  • Evaluating tender terms and conditions and ensuring all terms and conditions of the tender including payment terms and costs are captured in offer calculation and quotations (room preparations, installation, application, warranty, freight, accessories cost etc);
  • Support in provide customer credit and finance solution
  • Identify public tender opportunities and manage the public bid
  • Lead in commercial topics in the bid phase; Interfaces with Country sales, service organization and Business Line Managers.
  • Handles all price-related topics with complete confidentiality internally and externally
  • Ensures accuracy in pricing offers to customers

Your Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent; will be highly valued if the candidate has post-graduate or advanced certificates.
  • The candidate must have 8 -10 years of experience in bid management – must have experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communicator with proven ability to synthesize data into clear, direct, and actionable senior executive materials
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent level in English, Arabic is an advantage
  • Healthcare experience is an advantage
