Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • As part of the Center of Excellence for Data and AI you will work within the AI Services Platform team. Together, we create and operate innovative AI-based solutions for various Siemens Healthineers use cases
  • You will contribute to the development and implementation of Python automation scripts that help enhance platform functionalities
  • You will support in maintaining and updating YAML configurations for pipeline logic and deployment workflows
  • You will collaborate with the team to validate automation processes and prepare reports to ensure quality and efficiency
  • You will assist in preparing presentations and documentation related to the AI platform, contributing to comprehensive platform usage demonstration

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science or a related course of studies
  • You have good programming knowledge, preferably in Python or Node.js and enjoy applying it to practical tasks
  • You are interested in learning about automation workflows, CI/CD, or cloud-based applications
  • You have first experience with AI-related technologies or frameworks (e.g. Streamlit, Django or other Python-based frameworks, as well as tools like Docker or Azure)
  • It is a plus to have basic experiences with agile way of working (e.g., SCRUM)


Your attributes and skills:

  • You are passionate about automating manual workloads 
  • You are interested in the up-and-coming innovations in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
  • You combine technical understanding with strong communication skills
  • You work reliably and independently, while collaborating closely with your team to understand and implement requirements and demands 
  • You have analytical capabilities and problems-solving skills
  • You are confident in English; German would be a plus
