Apply now for the position of Field Service Engineer Medical Imaging and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible customer experience and professional communication with our customers. 

 

This position will be based primarily in Bergen but including travel to our customers throughout Norway; therefore, flexibility and willingness/ability to travel is required.  

Extensive training on our systems and equipment will be provided, so that you can master the technology and continue to grow your expertise.

Your role:  


·       Perform service, maintenance, updates and installation on high quality imaging equipment. 

·       Monitors system performance and resolve system issues. 

·       Performs in-depth system analysis for repairs and system optimization. 

·       Performs Preventative Maintenance and in compliance with regulatory requirements. 

 

Your qualifications and experience: 

 

·       Technical education or equivalent practical experience.

·       Good communication skills; professional interaction with customers, colleagues and suppliers.

·       Experience with medical equipment desirable, but not essential, as training will be provided.

·       Previous service experience with experience troubleshooting in electronics and mechanics would be a plus.

·       Driver's license class B 

·       Fluency in English language and at least one of the Scandinavian languages.

·       Strong motivation for continuous learning and development
