Working Student (f/m/d) Visual Media for Technical Documentation
Mode of Employment: Fixed Term / 15h/Week
Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) to support in the field of Visual Media for Technical Documentation.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- With the guidance of our experienced team, you will help create and edit technical videos, 3D animations, and visual media
- You will learn how to transform complex technical service procedures into intuitive, modern multimedia content for our field service engineers
- You will work closely with experienced technical authors and subject matter experts to learn about service processes and help transform them into engaging visual content
- You will help organize and maintain multimedia assets, documentation, and project files to ensure content is easy to find and keep up to date
- You will help implement feedback from technical reviewers and end-users, learning how high-quality standards and technical accuracy are maintained in the medical technology sector
- You will support the team in looking into emerging trends for technical communication (such as AI-supported content creation, AR, or VR), helping us make service documentation more engaging and efficient

Your qualifications and experience:
- You are currently enrolled in a learning program focused on Technical Writing/Communication, Media Design, Medical Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- You have basic experience or a strong interest with 3D modelling or animation and video editing software like: Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, NX, Blender, PTC Creo Illustrate, Frontline or comparable tools
Your attributes and skills:
- You have a good command of written and spoken English. German language skills are valuable but not mandatory
- You are curious about new technologies like AI-assisted media creation, Digital Twins, or Augmented/Virtual Reality
- You have a structured way of working, good attention to detail, and feel comfortable communicating and sharing your ideas with a supportive, international team
