Then come join us as a Project Manager and take a leading role in facility preparation projects (construction, specialist trade, and installation works), as well as in coordinating and delivering the installation of diagnostic imaging equipment, including CT, MRI, Angiography, and X-ray systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales team during the preparation of proposals and tender documentation.
  • Obtain and evaluate quotations for construction and specialist trade works related to facility preparation.
  • Assist with project cost calculations during the proposal preparation phase.
  • Develop project plans and schedules.
  • Continuously assess project risks and monitor the implementation of risk mitigation measures throughout project execution.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, facility preparation, commissioning, and user training for diagnostic imaging equipment.
  • Ensure timely completion of all project stages in accordance with the project tracking system.
  • Manage the handover of equipment to customers.
  • Complete the technical closure and final handover of projects.
  • Perform any additional tasks necessary for successful project delivery.
  • Prepare for and conduct negotiations to achieve maximum cost savings.
  • Ensure close collaboration across various departments within the organization.

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • High level of stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and commitment to process improvement.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Proficient use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid Category B driver's license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector; project management experience in healthcare is an advantage.
  • Engineering degree required; a Civil Engineering degree is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CT, MRI, and X-ray technologies.
  • Intermediate-level English language qualification and professional working proficiency in spoken English.
  • Fluent Hungarian language skills, both written and spoken.
