Apply now for the position of Senior Financial Analyst, and you will join our Ultrasound Finance Team leading financial analysis and reporting and contributing to business decision making to drive positive changes and improve financial results.

Location: Košice, Slovakia (Job with occasional home office)

Your Role: 

  • Lead end-to-end planning cycles including annual budget, quarterly forecasts in close partnership with Headquarters leadership teams, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Own monthly financial close for G&A and M&S cost centers including preparation of journal entries, accruals, variance analysis, and delivery of clear, actionable financial commentary to senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with functional leaders to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations, challenge assumptions, and drive disciplined investment decisions
  • Drive cost optimization and ROI analysis across cost centers, proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, and maximize returns on key investments.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Jedox (planning tool), leading forecasting cycles, running complex allocation processes, loading actuals, and collaborating with IT to resolve system issues and enhance system capabilities.
  • Support and guide finance stakeholders on planning processes, timelines, and data inputs; ensure high-quality submissions through proactive coordination and clear communication of deliverables and deadlines.
  • Enhance financial transparency and reporting by developing and standardizing dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting packages for leadership review.
  • Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives, leveraging tools such as AI, advanced Excel, and planning systems to streamline reporting, reduce manual processes, and improve data accuracy and scalability.
  • Own headquarters allocation processes driven by internal and external sources, and coordinate with regional finance controllers to validate, and monitor external allocations, ensuring transparency, and proper execution. Lead allocation-related analysis and ad hoc reporting.
  • Support internal control request and various ad-hoc reports

Your Expertise & Skills for this position: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting, including cost controlling and monthly close
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with the ability to identify variances, trends, and actionable insights
  • Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Jedox, Hyperion, Anaplan) preferred
  • Advanced Excel and ERP (e.g., SAP) proficiency
  • Familiarity with data visualization and automation tools (Power BI, Qlik, VBA, Python) is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working cross-functionally in global, matrixed environments
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to senior leadership
  • Track record of driving process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
  • Proactive, collaborative team player with a strong service mindset
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones, supporting US-based stakeholders while being part of a Europe-based team
  • Flexibility to accommodate critical US working hours when required
  • Fluent in English required

In line with applicable pay transparency requirements, the minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is 2700€.

In addition, this role includes a variable compensation component, depending on individual and/or company performance.

The final offer will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience and may exceed the stated minimum.
