We are looking for a Project Manager with the ambition to drive projects forward and create lasting value for our customers.
Join our team in the Nordics and Baltics. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of medical technology projects, from diagnostic imaging to digital solutions.

Role is based in Finland with travel estimation of 10-20%, for which a valid driver’s license is required.
Fluency in both English and Finnish languages, both written and spoken is required.
Your role:
- Coordinate and lead simultaneous projects from initiation to handover, ensuring technical precision and customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of the technical and financial aspects of projects, supported by a collaborative team and established global processes.
- Adhere to Siemens Healthineers’ global project processes, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project delivery.
- Manage project planning and reporting using our project management tools.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Nordics, Baltics, and globally to achieve optimal results.
Your expertise:
- Degree in Engineering, preferably in construction, medical or a related field.
- Experience in medical technology is preferred; experience with electrical and construction technology is also highly valued.
- Strong technical curiosity combined with a business-oriented mindset and a commitment to creating customer value.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams and customer organisations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive mindset, and the drive to take ownership and deliver results.
- Solid IT skills, ability to read technical blueprints.
