Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead the Specialty Lab 
Solutions (SLS) portfolio, including Hematology Analysers, Nephelometers, and related specialty 
diagnostic solutions. The role focuses on business development, technical and value-based 
selling, customer engagement, market expansion, and supporting sales teams to drive 
sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth, market penetration, and new business development for the SLS 
portfolio. 
• Deliver technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and value-selling discussions. 
• Build and manage relationships with clinicians, laboratory heads, KOLs, and key 
customers. 
• Plan and execute CMEs, workshops, and scientific engagement activities. 
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Application teams to support strategic 
accounts and customer retention. 
• Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to management. 
Experience & Qualifications
• 10–15 years of experience in Diagnostics/Healthcare industry. 
• Strong expertise in specialty diagnostic products, particularly Hematology Analysers and 
related solutions. 
• Experience with multinational healthcare/diagnostic organizations preferred. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field; MBA/M.Sc. would be 
added advantage.
