Then come and join our Malaysia team as Specialist - Accounts Payable and Inter-Company and you will be a team member within SHS Accounting & Controlling organization, responsible for the AP and ICC portfolio of Accounting Center of Excellence (CoE) matters of all Healthineers organization for Hub Asia Pacific Japan (APJ).

Your Role:

  • You are responsible to perform AP transaction includes verification of invoices, invoice posting etc, day-to-day operational activities based on targets and agreed processes defined. Team player working within team, reporting and ensuring completion of targets.
  • You are responsible to monitor workflow in queue and ensure all transaction are recorded as per requirements. Drive, support and coordinate transaction activities within own area of responsibilities
  • You are responsible to provide services to internal customer groups with proactiveness, collaborative and results oriented manners.
  • You are responsible to handle queries and provide transparent and accurate information proactively and promptly.
  • You are responsible to act as the contact person to the customer regarding changes of processes, employees, new demands, etc.
  • You are responsible to ensure proper transaction recording and controls are performed for processing activity by following all established policies and procedures.
  • You are responsible to identify and implement process improvements. Contribute to people’s development and high-performance culture.

Your qualification and experience:

  • You have hands-on experience in SAP AP, Inter-Company Clearing transactions, payment run, clearing, reconciliations and process set up
  • You have proven ability to build SOPs, strengthen governance, and drive process improvements
  • You have strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • You have degree in accounting and/or Finance with minimum 3-7 years in relevant function
  • You have accounting knowledge, strong understanding of P2P process and Controls
