We are looking for a highly motivated Field Application Specialist to join our Diagnostics Service Team, playing a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention while maintaining compliance standards.

You will be responsible for installing, training, and providing troubleshooting support both remotely and on-site for the Siemens Healthineers Product Portfolio, assisting both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation: Install, configure and customize our diagnostic instruments and related reagents according to the customer’s needs.
  • Training: Deliver and perform customers training and coaching.
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying the root cause of issues by analyzing their origin and context, then resolving them with a comprehensive strategic approach that considers both immediate fixes and long-term system stability.
  • Consult & Post-sales support: Provide expert advice and ensure smooth operations for In-Vitro Diagnostic products, evaluate instrument performance by measuring and follow-up of product lines.
  • Escalation: Escalate system or test failures to the next level of service, reporting relevant data describing the fault conditions and coordinate all activities necessary to solve customer complaints and meet their quality and timing expectations.

Key strategic priorities:

Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Deliver exceptional service to exceed industry standards. 

Method Penetration: Being a promoter of new tests to be installed.

  • You are proficient in digital tools & MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) with digital working approach.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Laboratory Techniques or Biology field or equivalent proven experience in Diagnostics Laboratory environment
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role (preferable).

Additional Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily with up mainly in North occasionally in other Regions and abroad.

  • Good knowledge of in-vitro diagnostic Market will be a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a plus.
