Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating the equipment database (IBase) in SAP, including registration of new equipment and changes to equipment status and location
- Acting as Updates Responsible for the assigned installed base: planning, coordinating, and monitoring software/hardware updates in close collaboration with the UI community and field engineers
- Administering the Teamplay Fleet platform: onboarding new customers, creating accounts, and following up on open actions
- Generating recurring IBase and Updates status reports and maintaining related databases and technical records
- Permanent collaboration with the Sales, Technical, and Commercial Departments within Siemens Healthineers
Your qualifications and experience:
- Higher education completed or in the process of completion
- English knowledge – Advanced
- SAP knowledge represents an advantage
- Excel – Advanced
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Good communication skills
