Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating the equipment database (IBase) in SAP, including registration of new equipment and changes to equipment status and location
  • Acting as Updates Responsible for the assigned installed base: planning, coordinating, and monitoring software/hardware updates in close collaboration with the UI community and field engineers
  • Administering the Teamplay Fleet platform: onboarding new customers, creating accounts, and following up on open actions
  • Generating recurring IBase and Updates status reports and maintaining related databases and technical records
  • Permanent collaboration with the Sales, Technical, and Commercial Departments within Siemens Healthineers

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Higher education completed or in the process of completion
  • English knowledge – Advanced
  • SAP knowledge represents an advantage
  • Excel – Advanced
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
