Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) to support us in the area of CRM Excellence Data Governance. 

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will assist with data access applications and improving data security, as well as deciding whether an application should be approved, rejected or require further information, based on a defined set of rules and in collaboration with global stakeholders
  • You will help to maintain and further develop existing access management policies and documentation, taking into account governance, data security, compliance and efficiency
  • You will collaborate with data users at all levels of business and technical expertise to understand and support their data usage, resolve issues and manage data securely
  • You will assist with pilot projects or proofs of concept using AI to improve data governance processes, explore the potential for task automation, enhance decision-making and optimise data management workflows

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You are currently studying in Medical Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field
  • You are at least for one year available
  • You are proficient in using MS Office
  • You have experience in data analysis and data processing, e.g. with Microsoft Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Snowflake
  • You have a basic understanding of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and data protection in relation to personal data


Your attributes and skills:

  • You have excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of German would be an advantage
  • You have strong communication skills to facilitate cross-functional teamwork in an international environment
  • You have strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • You are passionate about access management and data governance, and are keen to learn and implement next-generation technologies
