Product Manager SLS Hematology & Hemostasis (Southwest Europe)
As Product Manager for Hematology & Hemostasis in Southwest Europe (SWE), you will shape the marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for your portfolio, partnering closely with Sales, Product Specialists and regional stakeholders to drive profitable growth, strengthen customer satisfaction and ensure market transparency.
Key responsibilities:
- Own portfolio positioning, pricing and promotion based on market and competitive insights.
- Support the Marketing Lead in defining and executing the SWE marketing strategy and annual plan (go-to-market, launches, campaigns, events and KPIs).
- Build and maintain market transparency (mapping, market sizing, share estimates and funnel management) and translate insights into growth priorities.
- Enable Sales and Product Specialists with customer-ready value stories, tools and training; contribute to tender responses where needed.
- Act as a key interface to global marketing and regional/country stakeholders to align on roadmap, business cases and field feedback.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a scientific, business or related field.
- Proven experience managing a product line within Laboratory Diagnostics / IVD.
- Strong market and customer understanding within Clinical Diagnostics, with experience in marketing and customer communication.
- Business-fluent English; additional SWE language(s) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
- Formal marketing training (certificate/diploma) or equivalent experience.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and data tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Deep clinical/technical knowledge in Hematology & Hemostasis.
