Business Development Partner CEECA (m/f/d) – Digital Health Solutions
Location: CEECA Zone (Remote)
- Drive business growth by shaping and executing the go‑to‑market strategy for our Digital Health portfolio — from AI to telemedicine and data platforms.
- Partner closely with local sales teams, service organizations, and customers to unlock and scale digital opportunities across multiple countries.
- Boost new customer acquisition through expert sales enablement, compelling value presentations, and consultative solution guidance.
- Develop and implement focused sales strategies based on market insights, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
- Represent Siemens Healthineers at leading international congresses and events, opening doors for new business.
- Collaborate within a multinational, agile team in a fast‑moving, innovation‑driven environment.
Your qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or comparable qualification) in Healthcare IT, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Several years of experience in technical B2B sales, portfolio/product management, or the medical technology sector
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and hands‑on experience with systems such as PACS, RIS, or HIS
- Solid knowledge of interoperability standards including DICOM, HL7, and FHIR
- Robust IT foundation (e.g., servers, operating systems, networks)
- Ideally, experience in diagnostic imaging and radiology workflows
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel occasionally across Central & Eastern Europe and Central Asia
