Then come and join our Indonesian team as HR Project Intern who will lead and support HR process improvements by strengthening immigration compliance, standardizing workflows and documentation (including business travel, vendor transitions, and PO processes), and driving timely remediation and ad-hoc project execution.

 

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • You will lead remediation actions from the recent immigration inspection, ensuring all corrective measures are completed accurately and on time.
  • You will develop project initiatives to strengthen immigration compliance by creating clear process maps, document checklists, and tracking tools to improve the accuracy and consistency of immigration and work permit documentation.
  • You will ensure a smooth transition between immigration and permit vendors by establishing welldefined workflows, handover procedures, and coordination guidelines.
  • You will drive process improvements for Business Trips and International Assignments, including documenting approval flows, defining roles and responsibilities, and standardizing required documentation for overseas travel.
  • You will support the streamlining of Purchase Order (PO) processes for thirdparty vendors through process reviews, cleanups, and standardization of PO workflows related to recruitment and HR service providers.
  • You will assist with additional adhoc HR projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.

 

Your qualifications and experiences:

  • Final-year student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid documentation skills; comfortable working with processes, data tracking, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English; able to work independently in a project-based environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Prior exposure to HR operations, administration, or compliance-related work is a plus.

  • You are self-motivated, eager to learn and are a good timekeeper for deliverables.
  • You have high levels of initiative and are a keen problem solver when facing challenges.
  • You are a team player and can manage tight deadlines and time pressure.
  • You are proficient (spoken and written) in Bahasa Indonesia and English and possess good communication skills.
