Logistics Expert (m/f/d) - Order Fulfillment & Returns - Service Parts Logistics

Location: woj. mazowieckie

Position Overview

The Logistics Expert for Order Fulfillment and Returns plays a central role in ensuring the efficient and reliable supply of spare parts within the Customer Services Managed Logistics (CS ML) organization. As part of the Operational Center setup, this position directly supports the countries in achieving process excellence, transparency, and customer satisfaction across the logistics network. The role ensures that service parts are delivered to the right place, at the right time, and with the right quality - while continuously driving process optimization and harmonization across zones.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

·           Operational Execution:
Manage and monitor service part orders throughout the complete delivery cycle - from order entry to dispatch and returns - ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to country-specific requirements.

·           Regional Expertise:
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Order Fulfillment and Returns processes. Provide guidance to local organizations and ensure alignment with CS ML and OPC standards.

·           Stakeholder Collaboration:
Serve as central point of contact, country service organizations, OEM partners, and customers regarding logistics operations, escalations, and special process topics.

·           Returns Management:
Coordinate the harmonized handling of returns, identifying optimization potentials and ensuring process consistency and compliance with CS ML regulations.

·           Process Improvement & Harmonization:
Identify inefficiencies within order fulfillment and returns processes, develop improvement measures, and support their implementation in cooperation with local teams and central functions.

·           Training & Knowledge Sharing:
Train and coach new colleagues on operational processes, IT systems, and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the logistics network.

·           Data-Driven Operations:
Analyze operational KPIs using tools such as Power BI and SAP reports to ensure performance visibility and support data-driven decision-making.

Your Qualifications and Experience

·           Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with a focus on Logistics

·           Professional experience in Order Fulfillment, Returns, or Service Logistics Operations, preferably within an international organization

·           Proven experience with SAP, Office 365; familiarity with logistics-relevant MRP systems

·           Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including transportation, warehousing, and returns handling

·           Practical experience with LEAN principles and structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., value stream mapping)

·           Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across different functions and levels

·           Fluent in English (mandatory); additional European languages are a strong advantage for regional collaboration
