Role Overview
We are seeking a sales manager to drive growth for our Molecular Diagnostics portfolio. The individual will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering assigned profit and sales targets, enhancing customer loyalty, and collaborating across business verticals in a matrix organization. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise in molecular diagnostics and proven sales experience in the same domain. 

Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales and profit targets with strategic orientation to handle competition effectively.
Monitor primary and secondary sales orders and manage business partners.
Ensure compliance with contracts and agreements in coordination with relevant teams.
Secure cross-functional support from internal departments to deliver customer commitments.
Maintain and expand the customer base by nurturing relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Provide accurate forecasts and planning inputs.
Maintain and grow market share in assigned territories.
Engage with key government bodies and public health institutions to build strong relationships and support business objectives in the government segment
