Then come and join our global team as Material Handler (MRB) – 23 Month Contract Role at our facility in Swords, Co. Dublin 
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Collection and processing of material dispositioned as potentially defective from Incoming inspection and production lines. 
Processing & maintaining Quality Notifications to record the material and to assist with engineering and other depts. in the successful disposition of material.  
Support the processing of material dispositioned for Return to Suppliers or external rework from the non-conforming material review process. Identify, reconcile and package the material ready for dispatch.
Review MRB documentation for completeness and feedback to production when necessary.
Liaise with the in-house Shipping team to route material back to our suppliers successfully. 
Support the processing of material dispositioned as Scrap. 
When required - Creating Return Material Authorizations (RMA), for rejected parts to be returned to suppliers dispositioned at MRB. Ensure necessary clearances and approvals are in place to allow the routing of material back to suppliers. Ensure suppliers approve RMAs for parts returns. Assist in the development of required links with suppliers to support the material returns process.
