To support this transformation, we are seeking an experienced Commercial & Sales Operations Specialist to join our Commercial Excellence Team, with a focus on the In-Vivo business.
Role to be based within the zone Nordics & Baltics (NRB). This role reports to Head of Commercial Excellence Nordics & Baltics (NRB).
Fluency in both Danish and English language essential.
Your role & responsibilities:
This is a multi-faceted position, combining Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, and CRM Administration, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and digital engagement platforms.
Hybrid Engagement (Approx. 40%)
- Lead and operationalize the hybrid engagement strategy across NRB, acting as an “Orchestrator” between Sales, Marketing, and Communications, and define and ensure creation and usage of sales cadences for different sales activities.
- Introduce and drive adoption and optimization of new platforms (e.g.) SalesLoft within the NRB sales organization.
- Zone expert to develop and refine engagement blueprints of hybrid engagement pathways in SalesLoft, escalate technical issues, and collaborate with global teams.
- Be the trusted partner with Sales Leadership to align priorities with strategic initiatives.
CRM Administration & Support (Approx. 40%)
- NRB primary contact person for the global CRM Team, as well as local CRM Business Administrator Teams on In-Vivo and Customer Services specific topics.
- Coordinate with CRM communities to harmonize practices and share best-in-class approaches.
- Manage pricing updates in the sales quotation tool.
- Deliver training and support for new CRM functionalities and releases.
- Lead CRM initiatives and act as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting and user adoption. Escalate any technical issues / development needs to global team.
- Serve as the primary CRM contact for Denmark and NRB, focusing on Oracle Sales Cloud and Customer Service.
Data Analysis using Power BI, PowerApps & Power Automation (approx. 20% of time):
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize sales performance, forecasting, and KPIs, provide data insights to sales leadership.
- Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders, to build, implement and customize PowerApps & Power Automate solutions to automate sales processes and workflows.
- Use data insights to improve sales processes and operational efficiency.
Your Expertise:
- Proven experience in sales/business development and customer success, ideally with exposure to Sales Engagement and CRM platforms (SalesLoft and Oracle preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate; certifications are a plus.
- Ability to interact, collaborate and influence with Sales & Marketing teams in the various countries within the zone, with all levels of the organization and maintain trustful relationships across all chain of commands and partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across countries and organizational levels.
- Fluency in both Danish and English language essential.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
