Shareville data steward & data consultant

Main responsabilities: 

  • Setting up & training new hires
  • Setting up Accounts, territories, pricing lists (DXCon Pricing Admin), and managing users in the tool (setting up sales guys for the right accounts and providing access)
  • Refresh trainings throughout the year on new/updated functionalities and how these functionalities support the DX use cases.
  • Stay up to date on tools update by attending CRM community calls (mainly “Coffee hours”)
  • Go-to person for existing and new Shareville “tools” (DXQB, Best Fit etc.)/functionalities in the country
  • Coordinates, on a yearly basis, country updates on: Customer Operating Budget, Customer Contacts, Account structures, sales territories, competitor IB requests to Global for adding to list.
  • Responsible for local lead uploads and local sales program tag creation in Shareville
  • Ensure CRM tools user experience feedback loop and escalate when needed to Global/Zone DX teams

Funnel and quote management and reporting:
  • Monitoring & reporting data quality on funnel and booked/lost deals specifics
  • Sales team support with opportunity and quote management
  • Familiarity with DX products and knowledge of DX sales process and how Shareville supports the process
  • Support CRM KPI underlying quality topics.
Skills & Experience:
  • Degree in ADE, Engineering and data analytics knowledge. 
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Shareville, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and support sales teams.
  • Familiarity with sales operations processes and data management.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
