This is an opportunity for a HR professional to join our journey at Siemens Healthineers in Sweden! Our office is in Stockholm, but according to the Healthineers Way of Working philosophy, the role can be performed from a remote location, as well.
Apply now for the position of HR Business Partner within our HRBP Nordic & Baltic (NRB) team. This role reports to Head of HR, Nordic & Baltic Countries.
As HR Business Partner for Sweden, you will be responsible for HR delivery to the organization and partnering closely with HR colleagues within the NRB zone. (Each HRBP independently conducts their duties in respective country but work together on cross-functional zone initiatives.)
Your role:
- Partner, support and provide advisory consultation to Country Head, Country Finance Head and local Managers on HR People & Leadership topics

- Ownernship for the development and implementation of HR policies, HR processes, and HR procedures in Sweden, while also aligning to global processes and new incentives.
- Responsible for union negotiations and the ongoing cooperation between management and the union in Sweden.
- Colloborate with Compensation and Benefits (C&B) team and HR administrative experts with regards employment contract creation, payroll services, etc.
- Colloborate with our Talent Acquisition (TA) team to support recruitment process and alignment within Swedish organization.
(C&B & TA colleagues are located in different European countries but are dedicated to supporting you and your colleagues in the Nordic and Baltic Countries.)
Your expertise:
It is important that you are motivated by working with many aspects of HR, such as organizational changes, coaching managers, handling personnel cases, process implementation, reporting tasks, etc.
This role requires a hands-on approach to HR, and a passion and ability to proactively derive HR initiatives from business requirements, as well as being a team player who enjoys working in intercultural teams.
To be successful, you must enjoy the administrative tasks as well as the tactical and strategic tasks.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong business and HR acumen, with ability to engage and consult with the business and to understand the business goals and needs.
- Knowlegable with Swedish labor law, negotiations, and the ability to deal with complex and sensitive issues & situations.
- Experience with change managment and process and an abilty to adapt to continuously changing work environment.
- Support people managers with ad-hoc questions regarding employment terms & conditions.
- A “can-do-attitude”, service-minded and agile in the way you work.
- Experience and interest with handling administrative and operational tasks effectively.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English language (both written and spoken)
- Prior experience working within an international, global organization is preferable.
