Then come and join our global Ultrasound Customer Services team as Solutions Implementation & Project Manager (f/m/d) for implementing key service initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and supporting the introduction of new service offerings across global markets. You will also serve as the primary expert for CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) topics for Ultrasound Customer Services. And beyond project delivery, this role offers an exciting opportunity to build strategic marketing skills—giving you hands-on exposure to portfolio strategy and commercial enablement as part of your professional growth.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.



Your tasks and responsibilities:

Project & Program Management

  • You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of service-related projects across multiple regions.
  • You will manage cross-functional teams, timelines, and resources to ensure successful implementation.
  • You will identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Solutions Implementation and Pricebook Expertise

  • You will translate customer and market needs into executable service solutions in collaboration with product and service teams.
  • You will coordinate with country and regional stakeholders to ensure readiness and alignment for solution rollouts.
  • You will monitor the adoption and performance of implemented solutions, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • You will serve as the team’s subject matter expert on CPQ and Pricebook processes, including designing, implementing, and continuously improving workflows.
  • You will act as the point of contact for CPQ-related inquiries and enhancements within the Ultrasound CS organization.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for implementation activities, ensuring clear communication and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will build strong relationships with country teams, product owners, and service leaders to drive execution and continuous improvement.

Marketing Collaboration (Developmental)

  • You will support the Head of Customer Service Marketing, Sales Enablement and Communications to build and implement positioning and messaging strategies.
  • You will support the integration of marketing insights into implementation plans to enhance customer engagement and solution uptake.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business management, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • You have several years of professional experience in Project Management, Solutions Implementation, or Service Delivery – preferably in the MedTech, Healthcare or a related industry
  • You possess the ability and have experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across geographies
  • You have knowledge of Siemens Healthineers infrastructure and processes, including CPQ, is a strong advantage
  • You are familiar with marketing concepts or have a desire to grow in this area


Your attributes and skills:

  • You have fluent English language skills; German is a plus
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution
