As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our HSE and private healthcare customers
As the Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for effectively managing all customer requests – from call logging to call completion.
Your role:
- Act as first point of contact for Siemens Healthineers customer-related enquiries, forwarding queries to the appropriate areas of the business as needed.
- Receive customer calls/emails and create service incident tickets in the appropriate Service Management system (SAP), ensuring that all checks have been completed before allocating the ticket to the appropriate team/department.
- Process all Field Engineers dispatch requests on SAP, identifying suitable Customer Service Engineer (CSE) by optimising qualifications, availability and location. Record all relevant CSE attendance in SAP.
- Create and manage spare parts as required, synchronizing with Customer Service Engineer customer visit where appropriate.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of the data of Service Management system and ensuring any errors or omissions are corrected or escalated appropriately.
- Working 8 hours shifts between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday
Your expertise:
- Prior experience working in a customer service environment.
- Strong customer service skills and confidence handling customer interactions over the phone and/or face‑to‑face
- ERP Systems experience (SAP experience would be advantageous)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong team player and ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously as required.
- Ability to be proactive, problem solve and work well under pressure
