Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) to support us in the field of Quality and Process Management (IT).

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • You help us to maintain QMS documented information and portal content, including document lists, metadata, versions, dates, links, and SharePoint/QMS portal content
  • You support process management activities, including documented information management by checking the completeness of documents under QPM guidance
  • Together with us you prepare summaries, FAQs, guidance material, and presentations to help process owners and contributors apply the Process Management Framework consistently
  • You support governance and team meetings by preparing agendas, materials, minutes, and action logs
  • You contribute to continuous improvement, release/change activities, and audit-related support tasks

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You are studying in technical or business field, e.g. international management or a related field
  • You are at least for one year available
  • You are confident in Microsoft 365 tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Experience in SharePoint administration and Power BI is a plus
  • Practical knowledge in prompting and vibe coding is welcome


Your attributes and skills:

  • You have very good English language skills, German is a plus
  • You are interested in quality management, process management, IT governance, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • You have a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working with a strong quality mindset
  • You also have analytical and process-oriented thinking, with the ability to structure information clearly
  • You have good communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
