The Zone Lead reports functionally to the FBL Zone Head. He/she will be a member of the FBL zone management team and the country leadership team. The position is based in Courbevoie, France.
Mission:
- You lead Advanced Therapies (AT) activities in France across all segments, including Interventional Radiology, Cardiology, and Surgery
- You act as a Business Area leader for the zone and serve as the primary interface between countries and the Global Business Area
- You manage the implementation of the country/zone strategy for the AT Business Area (BA), developing a strong solution-provider positioning
- You are responsible for the market access strategy, market coverage, market share, and the profitability of Business Area activities within FBL
- You own and deliver the commercial and financial performance of the Advanced Therapies Business Area, including Market Share, EC, Revenue, and Profitability.
- You drive commercial excellence through effective KPI management, CRM adoption, and the implementation of best-in-class standards.
- You define and continuously optimize go-to-market strategies to accelerate growth and strengthen market positioning.
- You lead business decision-making to ensure effective execution of strategic and operational objectives.
- You ensure transparency of business performance through robust reporting, analytics, and performance reviews.
- You drive collaboration across Business Areas and horizontal functions, including Enterprise Services, Digitalization, and Customer Services, to maximize customer value and cross-selling opportunities.
- You lead, coach, and develop a high-performing organization across the zone.
- You monitor market, technological, clinical, and competitive developments and translate insights into business opportunities and strategic actions.
- You build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, healthcare leaders, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a university degree in Engineering, Medical Technology, Business Management, or a related field and bring at least 15 years experience within the healthcare or MedTech industry.
- You possess deep knowledge of interventional radiology markets, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and the related products, services, and solutions landscape.
- You have a proven track record of managing P&L responsibility and delivering sustainable business growth through strong commercial and financial acumen.
- You have extensive experience leading and influencing complex matrix organizations, with a strong focus on talent development, performance management, and building high-performing teams.
- You demonstrate strong strategic thinking and business planning capabilities
- You have successfully led organizational change, business transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives in complex and dynamic environments.
- You apply a data-driven approach to decision-making and have practical experience utilizing CRM systems, KPI dashboards, and performance management tools.
- You possess excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
- You have excellent French and English communication skills.
