Apply now for the position of Project Manager for Diagnostic Imaging e Advanced Therapy business within Siemens Healthineers Project Management Function for the Campania region, Italy.
Your role:
- You will plan and coordinate Siemens Healthineers projects according to the Project Management standards for the territory assigned (Campania region);
- You will analyze customer needs during the request for proposal phase, i.e visiting the customer site for room preparation to support internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, business partners as civil works and plan installation companies) for the necessary requirements related to customer quotations;
- You will analyze the technical specifications released by our factory and the national/international regulations to support the correct preparation of customer quotations;
- You will lead and manage the execution phase for the projects assigned, ensuring the fulfillment of contract specifications, requirements, clauses, costs and timing in collaboration with all the internal (Country/Head Quarter) and external stakeholders;
- You will be responsible for meeting all project milestones and technical objectives;
- You will monitor and report progress against milestones regularly to all stakeholders involved;
- You will comply with all current regulations, with specific reference to Health and Safety regulations and the Italian Public Procurement Code (Codice dei contratti pubblici);
Your expertise:
- Education: academic background in Electronic/Biomedical Engineering
- Experience: 3 or more years’ experience in project management into the Diagnostic Imaging business.
- Technical knowledge of Diagnostic Imaging equipment, including understanding of installation principles; construction/site (field) knowledge is considered an advantage.
- Project management knowledge;
- Technical knowledge of Diagnostic Imaging equipment;
- Excellent teamwork and territory management skills;
- Availability to travel within the country outside the assigned region/territory.
- Good English and Italian language skills.

Compensation & Benefits
In accordance with our commitment to pay transparency and equal opportunity, we provide a clear breakdown of the financial package for this role:
- The position is regulated by the Chemical-Pharmaceutical National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico) qualifica Impiegato.
- The base salary for this position typically ranges from €46.500 to €62.000 gross per year (RAL). The final offer will be tailored based on your individual skills, experience and specific location.
- Performance Bonus: this role is eligible for a variable incentive plan linked to specific achievements (10%)
