Service Delivery Manager (m/w/d) Clinical Systems & Data

Location: Hybrid Role in Vienna, 20% travel


You will act as the central point of coordination between customers, stakeholders, and technical teams, proactively driving continuous improvement and resolving service challenges. Bringing a strong understanding of clinical processes and data flows, you translate operational feedback into tangible improvements for products and services within complex healthcare environments.



Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of coordination between customers, OneDigital stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Ensure SLA compliance and continuously monitor service quality across all operations
  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs to drive performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Proactively optimize service processes and initiate enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate and oversee complex incidents, ensuring resolution and driving root cause analysis
  • Facilitate transparent communication with customers and internal teams, aligning on service performance, issues, and improvements
  • Independently liaise with DevOps and technical teams to align on deployment strategies, infrastructure needs, and operational efficiency

Your Profile: 


  • Strong understanding of clinical processes and how data flows within healthcare workflows
  • Solid knowledge of healthcare IT systems (e.g. KIS/HIS, PACS) and interoperability standards (e.g. HL7, FHIR, DICOM)
  • Ability to translate operational feedback into meaningful improvements for products and services
  • Experience in Service Delivery, IT Operations, or a comparable role (ideally within eHealth or healthcare IT)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Strong communication skills, especially in managing customer expectations and handling service-related topics
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement rather than reactive problem-solving

What else do I need to know?
The min gross annual salary for this position is at least 60.000,00 EUR. Depending on education and experience, overpayment is possible.
