What are my responsibilities?

  • Prepare accounting documents for Service agreements with Siemens companies : contracts, acts of acceptance, VAT bills, invoices etc.;
  • Control accounts receivables and account payable (Siemens companies) including creation of FX reports;
  • Prepare necessary documents for import of spare parts bought from Siemens Germany;
  • Maintain business operation in SAP in compliance with Ukrainian legislation and IFRS;
  • Work with documents according to company rules;
  • Perform other activities necessary for efficient performance of UA healthcare team.
What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • University degree in Economics;
  • At least 3 years of professional experience;
  • English – intermediate;
  • Ukrainian – as a native IFRS – basics.
  • Good communication skills;
  • Understanding of accounting principles
