Job Title:  Marketing Manager – Point of Care Diagnostics

Job Description:
Siemens Healthineers is seeking a results-driven individual to lead our marketing efforts in the field of ‘Point of Care Diagnostics’. Successful candidate will be responsible for driving pre-sales activations, executing digital campaigns for brand building and lead generation, managing e-commerce platforms to enhance sales opportunities and leading events – on ground activations etc. Additionally, focus on building and optimizing the sales funnel by managing internal platform for end-to-end funnel management.

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a results-driven individual to lead our marketing efforts in the field of ‘Point of Care Diagnostics’. Successful candidate will be responsible for driving pre-sales activations, executing digital campaigns for brand building and lead generation, managing e-commerce platforms to enhance sales opportunities and leading events – on ground activations etc. Additionally, focus on building and optimizing the sales funnel by managing internal platform for end-to-end funnel management.

Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Activations:
o Develop and implement strategies to generate interest and awareness about our point of care diagnostics products among target audiences.
o Coordinate pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations, workshops, and webinars to engage potential customers and drive interest in our solutions.
Digital Campaign Management:
o Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
o Re-purpose or create- to make compelling campaigns, including articles, videos, infographics, and social media posts, to promote our products and educate customers about their benefits.
Lead Generation:
o Implement lead generation strategies to attract and capture qualified leads for our point of care diagnostics products.
o Work with presales team to optimize lead generation & conversion.
o Manage and optimize our presence on e-commerce platforms to drive sales and expand our customer base.
o Monitor product listings, pricing, and customer reviews to ensure a positive online brand reputation.
Sales Funnel Building on ShareVille:
o Collaborate with the sales team to develop and optimize the sales funnel on ShareVille, focusing on lead qualification, nurturing, and conversion.
o Track and analyze key metrics related to the sales funnel performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase conversion rates.
Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and channel partners to enhance business opportunities and customer satisfaction.
o Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, finance, logistica to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
o Monitor sales performance metrics, including sales targets, help drive business KPIs.
o Prepare regular business reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future growth.
Technical Expertise:
o Maintain a thorough understanding of Siemens Healthineers' Point of Care product portfolio.
o Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies related to Point of Care.
Planning & Forecasting: 
Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for business in collaboration with sales, finance & SCM.
o Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
o Collaborate with sales & finance to develop pricing strategies, drive commercial excellence initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness.
o Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in partnership with marketing & global stakeholders.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with business goals and objectives to accelerate beyond current growth; to help broaden capital placements, increase reagent revenue, and protect against competition.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of commercial strategies and initiatives, and regularly monitor and report on performance against targets. Prepare and manage regular business report outs.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Work closely with sales & service teams to build capabilities to generate customer insights and understand market needs - gaps, map market opportunity with current portfolio & pipeline. Build and help execute go-to-market plans across product portfolio through commercial - pricing strategies, distribution channels, and promotional tactics.
Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to provide strategic guidance, training etc. wrt tools to support their efforts in driving revenue growth. Drive funnel sufficiency & quality, help expedite strategic deals. Develop sales team capabilities across – portfolio management, driving profitable business growth, market modeling etc.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various internal teams, including factory, product development, regulatory affairs, and finance, to ensure alignment and integration of commercial strategies with overall business objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize commercial processes and enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualification(s):
1. Master’s degree, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
2. Proven experience in marketing roles within the healthcare industry, preferably in the field of point of care diagnostics.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, with hands-on experience in executing digital campaigns and managing e-commerce platforms.
4. Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and e-commerce marketplaces.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to create engaging content for digital channels.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights for marketing optimization.
7. Experience in sales and working with sales teams, driving collaboration between marketing and sales is critical for success in this role.
